📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate the installation, testing, and commissioning of M&E systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Develop and maintain detailed M&E plans and specifications using industry-leading software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and ETABS.
• Conduct thorough inspections and testing to ensure compliance with all relevant codes and standards.
• Work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that all M&E systems are installed and commissioned to the highest standards.
• Manage project schedules and budgets, ensuring that all work is completed on time and within budget.
• Provide technical support and guidance to project teams, ensuring that all M&E systems are installed and commissioned according to plan.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and incorporate new solutions into projects.
• Ensure that all work is completed safely and in compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in M&E coordination, with a proven track record of successfully completing projects.
• Proficient in using industry-leading software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and ETABS.
• Strong understanding of M&E systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with architects, engineers, and contractors.
• Ability to travel to various project sites in Bali, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for travel to project sites.
