📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Translating and interpreting purchasing-related documents between Indonesian and Mandarin Chinese.
• Facilitating communication between Indonesian and Chinese suppliers, buyers, and stakeholders.
• Negotiating contracts and agreements to ensure smooth and accurate transactions.
• Assisting in the preparation and review of technical specifications and purchasing proposals.
• Providing language support during supplier visits and business meetings.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all communication and transactions.
• Staying informed about industry trends and developments to support purchasing decisions.
• Collaborating with the purchasing team to ensure all language-related needs are met efficiently.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fluency in both Mandarin Chinese and Indonesian, with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• At least 2 years of experience in translation or interpretation, preferably in the agricultural or purchasing industry.
• Strong understanding of the agricultural industry, including relevant regulations and market trends.
• Proficiency in using translation software such as Trados, memoQ, or similar.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in Translation, Linguistics, or a related field.
• Certification in Mandarin Chinese (HSK 5 or equivalent) is a plus.
