📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain accurate cost estimates for interior fitout projects using tools like Procore, Autodesk Revit, and Microsoft Project.
• Manage project budgets and ensure adherence to financial targets throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and contractors to ensure cost-effective and efficient construction processes.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential cost overruns or delays.
• Prepare detailed cost reports and financial forecasts for project stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and client requirements.
• Provide cost-saving recommendations and implement best practices to optimize project performance.
• Conduct site inspections and audits to verify the accuracy of cost data and ensure project quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in interior fitout quantity surveying, with a strong background in cost estimation and project management.
• Proficiency in using project management software such as Procore, Autodesk Revit, and Microsoft Project.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with architects, designers, and contractors.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in Quantity Surveying (e.g., RICS, CQS) is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
