📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform regular maintenance and inspections of resort facilities, including HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and landscaping.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions promptly to minimize downtime.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs to extend the lifespan of resort equipment and reduce repair costs.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and improve maintenance procedures and protocols.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and conduct regular safety audits.
• Work with contractors and vendors to manage and coordinate maintenance projects.
• Provide training and support to resort staff on maintenance procedures and safety protocols.
• Monitor and analyze maintenance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in resort or facility maintenance, with a focus on luxury hospitality.
• Certification in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical systems is a plus.
• Familiarity with maintenance management software such as SAP PM or similar systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Knowledge of Indonesian regulations and standards for facility maintenance.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to various resort locations.
