Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Specialist - Construction Projects

Herindo Adikarya Jaya is a leading construction company in Jakarta, known for delivering high-quality projects across various sectors, including residential, commercial, and infrastructure. We are currently seeking a dedicated Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Specialist to join our team in North Jakarta. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and enforcing HSE policies and procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment for our workforce.

As an HSE Specialist at Herindo Adikarya Jaya, you will work closely with project managers, site supervisors, and contractors to identify and mitigate potential hazards, conduct regular safety inspections, and provide training to employees on safety protocols and environmental regulations. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining our commitment to compliance with national and international safety and environmental standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures to ensure compliance with national and international standards.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
• Provide training and education to employees on safety protocols, emergency response procedures, and environmental regulations.
• Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics and KPIs to ensure continuous improvement.
• Investigate and report on accidents and incidents to identify root causes and implement preventive measures.
• Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to ensure the safe and efficient execution of construction projects.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards, including waste management and pollution control.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest HSE trends, regulations, and best practices, and incorporate them into our operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HSE roles within the construction industry.
• Certifications such as OSH Professional, NEBOSH, or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international safety and environmental regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with employees at all levels.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using HSE management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Familiarity with construction safety practices and tools such as PPE, safety equipment, and hazard identification techniques.
