• Conduct market research and analysis to identify high-potential opportunities.
• Lead stakeholder engagement and collaboration to drive project success.
• Utilize tools like Jira, Slack, and Confluence to manage projects and enhance team collaboration.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of innovation initiatives.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Mentor and develop junior team members to foster a culture of innovation.
• Present and defend innovation strategies to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic planning and innovation management.
• Proven track record of leading and executing high-impact innovation projects.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and trends in Southeast Asia.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP) or Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
