📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Support the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
• Assist with HR administration tasks, such as payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documents.
• Stay informed about HR trends and best practices to improve our HR functions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a franchise or similar industry.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with HR software, such as BambooHR or Workday.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
