As Finance Section Head/Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable, budgeting, and financial analysis. You will ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, and provide financial insights to drive business growth. With your strong Mandarin skills, you will facilitate communication between international partners and the finance team, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable, budgeting, and financial analysis
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, such as GAAP and IFRS
• Provide financial insights and analysis to support decision-making and drive business growth
• Manage and mentor finance team members, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment
• Facilitate communication between international partners and the finance team using strong Mandarin skills
• Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, including management and investors
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial efficiency and accuracy
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial data for reporting and analysis

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in finance, with a focus on accounts payable and receivable, budgeting, or financial analysis
• Professional certification, such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA, is a plus
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles, including GAAP and IFRS
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data
• Professional Mandarin language skills, both written and spoken
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, and financial software such as QuickBooks or SAP
