Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Collaborate with product teams to gather information and clarify technical details,Write user manuals, guides, and other educational materials,Ensure documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and meets industry standards,Review and edit documentation written by other team members,Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in technical writing

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical writing,Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software,Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
