📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and increase market share.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and analysis.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.,Manage and lead a team of business development professionals to achieve targets and goals.,Monitor and analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver innovative solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations.,Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and credibility.,Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of business development initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, strategic planning, or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong understanding of the creative industry and a passion for innovation and creativity.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
