Base Town Pratama is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Bookkeeper to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial records, ensuring accuracy, and providing financial reports to support business decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work under pressure.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial transactions and reports.,Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.,Provide financial support to the management team and assist in budgeting and forecasting.,Monitor and reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial accounts.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Train and mentor junior bookkeepers and finance staff as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a bookkeeping or accounting role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
