📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and optimize the airline's route network to maximize efficiency and profitability.
  • Analyze market demand and trends to identify new routes and partnerships.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, including pilots, aircraft maintenance, and customer service teams, to ensure smooth operations.
  • Monitor and evaluate network performance metrics, such as load factors, yield management, and on-time performance.
  • Collaborate with senior management to make strategic decisions regarding network expansion and contraction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, safety standards, and best practices in network planning.
  • Provide training and mentorship to junior network planners.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to support the overall growth of Wings Air Indonesia.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in airline network planning or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of aviation industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
  • Proficient in using network planning software and tools.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
