Bay Urban Pratama is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Retail Sales Consultant to join our team. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.,Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Train and mentor sales team members to improve performance and skills.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product delivery and customer satisfaction.,Participate in product development and improvement initiatives.,Attend industry events and conferences to stay updated on market trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
