📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure a high-quality talent pool.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Conduct background checks and reference verification to ensure the integrity of candidates.,Maintain a strong network of potential candidates and industry contacts.,Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve recruitment processes.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully filling positions and meeting hiring targets.,Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and technologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
