📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Sourcing and procuring materials and supplies for projects,Negotiating with suppliers to secure the best prices and terms,Maintaining and updating the procurement database,Ensuring timely delivery of materials and supplies,Monitoring inventory levels and ordering re-stocks as needed,Preparing and submitting purchase orders and invoices,Managing supplier relationships and ensuring compliance with company policies,Assisting in the preparation of procurement reports and presentations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management,Strong negotiation and communication skills,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite,Knowledge of procurement software and systems,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with Indonesian procurement laws and regulations,Good understanding of budgeting and financial management
