In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our equipment and facilities, ensuring that they are operating at optimal efficiency and safety standards. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the maintenance and repair of equipment and facilities, ensuring they are operating at optimal efficiency and safety standards.,Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.,Conduct regular inspections and assessments of equipment and facilities to identify potential issues and preventative maintenance needs.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure that maintenance work is completed on time and to the required standards.,Maintain and update maintenance records and documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.,Train and mentor junior maintenance technicians and other staff members on maintenance procedures and best practices.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to identify and implement improvements to our maintenance processes and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the oil and gas industry or a related field.,Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures, techniques, and best practices.,Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and standards, such as OSHA and ISO.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex maintenance issues.,Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites as required.
