📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and schedule posts on our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn),Create and curate engaging content that aligns with our brand and resonates with our audience,Monitor and analyze social media performance and trends,Engage with our audience by responding to comments and messages,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement social media campaigns,Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices,Report on social media metrics and insights to the marketing team,Assist in the development of social media strategies and content calendars

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field,1-2 years of experience in social media management or a related role,Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms,Excellent written and verbal communication skills,Creative and innovative thinker with a keen eye for detail,Proficient in using social media analytics tools,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva) is a plus
