📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.,Administer and maintain employee records and benefits.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Coordinate training and development programs for employees.,Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts.,Assist in compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Support the HR team in various projects and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a mining or industrial setting.,Strong knowledge of HR software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proficient in English and Indonesian languages.,Ability to travel and work in a hybrid model.
