New Code Dinamis is looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Mempawah, Kalimantan Barat. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding new employees.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions and performance management.,Organize and facilitate training and development programs for employees.,Manage employee benefits and ensure compliance with company policies.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.,Handle any legal or compliance issues related to human resources.,Support the management team in strategic HR planning and decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR generalist roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR management software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Experience in managing a hybrid work environment is a plus.,Fluency in both Indonesian and English is a plus.
