📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the financial health of our schools, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Support the treasury team in managing cash flow, investments, and financial risk.
• Work with the finance team to develop and implement financial strategies that support the growth and success of our schools.
• Collaborate with school administrators, teachers, and other stakeholders to ensure that financial resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest financial regulations and best practices, and ensure that our schools comply with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Provide financial advice and guidance to school administrators and teachers, as needed.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in finance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, with a focus on school or education finance preferred.
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting, managerial accounting, and financial reporting.
• Experience with financial software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
• Professional certification in finance, such as CPA, CFA, or ACCA, is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
