CV Permata Cipta Nusantara is looking for a dedicated Field Collection Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting payments from customers, ensuring timely and accurate collections, and maintaining strong customer relationships. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Visit assigned customers to collect outstanding payments.,Maintain accurate records of collections and follow up on overdue accounts.,Communicate effectively with customers to resolve payment issues.,Report collection activities and performance to the supervisor.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Assist in the development and implementation of collection strategies.,Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships.,Participate in training and development programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in field collection or related roles.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and meet targets.,Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.,Knowledge of local regulations and banking procedures.,Willingness to travel to different customer locations.,Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
