📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and mentor telesales team members to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.,Develop and implement telesales strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Provide training and support to telesales team members.,Collaborate with other departments to drive overall business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in telesales or a similar role in the healthcare industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant sales tools.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with the healthcare industry is a plus.
