You'll work closely with our skilled baristas to maintain the perfect brewing conditions, train new team members, and uphold our commitment to customer satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and brew high-quality espresso and coffee drinks using our state-of-the-art Espresso King machines and Mahlkönig grinders.
• Train and mentor junior baristas to ensure consistent quality and service standards.
• Manage inventory and ensure all coffee supplies are well-stocked and used efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Participate in daily operations, including opening and closing the store, and ensuring all equipment is in working order.
• Stay updated with the latest coffee trends and techniques to continuously improve our offerings.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement new coffee recipes and promotions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barista or similar role in the coffee industry.
• Certification in Coffee Brewing (e.g., SCA or other recognized certifications) is a plus.
• Proficient in using Espresso King machines and Mahlkönig grinders.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Excellent customer service skills and a passion for coffee.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
