📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Sales Manager in achieving sales targets by identifying potential customers, building relationships, and closing sales.,Provide exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs and offering appropriate solutions.,Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Prepare and present sales reports to the Sales Manager on a regular basis.,Assist in the organization and execution of sales events and promotions.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient sales operations.,Provide training and support to junior sales staff as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales or a related field.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with sales software and tools is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
