📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage kitchen operations and ensure smooth daily operations,Prepare and cook meals according to the clinic's menu,Maintain high standards of food quality and hygiene,Supervise kitchen staff and ensure they follow health and safety regulations,Order and manage inventory of food supplies,Prepare and maintain food storage and preparation areas,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role,Proven experience in managing kitchen operations and staff,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Familiarity with dental clinic food services is a plus,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays,Valid food handler's permit and any other relevant certifications
