Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve company revenue targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners in the chemical and manufacturing industry.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends.,Create and manage marketing campaigns, including digital and traditional channels, to promote our products and services.,Collaborate with the sales team to ensure consistent and effective communication with clients.,Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to management.,Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and relationships.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the chemical or manufacturing industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong understanding of B2B sales and marketing principles and practices.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with CRM software and marketing automation tools is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
