Up Express Indonesia is looking for a dedicated Outlet Staff to join our team. This is a remote position based in Tenggarong, Kalimantan Timur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing outlet operations and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily outlet operations including stock control, sales, and customer service.,Ensure the outlet is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.,Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Assist in inventory management and reporting.,Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and outlet performance goals.,Maintain a positive and professional image for the company.,Follow all company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school education or equivalent.,Previous experience in retail, customer service, or a similar role is a plus.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in office software.,Familiarity with sales and inventory management processes.,Willingness to work in a remote environment.,Ability to travel to the outlet location as needed.
