📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing a warm and professional welcome.,Check guests in and out of the accommodation, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.,Provide information about local attractions, dining, and other facilities to enhance the guest experience.,Handle guest inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally.,Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, tidy, and welcoming at all times.,Assist with front desk operations, including managing reservations, check-ins, and check-outs.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.,Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall success of the reception area.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or front desk role, preferably in the hospitality industry.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with computer systems and software used in the hospitality industry.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Customer service orientation with a focus on guest satisfaction.
