We are currently looking for a dynamic and experienced Lead Sales Counter to join our team in Duren Sawit, Jakarta Raya. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our sales team, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and driving sales performance. The ideal candidate will have a passion for retail, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of sales techniques.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.,Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.,Manage inventory levels and ensure products are displayed attractively to maximize sales.,Train and develop new team members to ensure they meet company standards and customer expectations.,Monitor and report sales performance to the management team.,Assist in the organization of promotions, discounts, and special events to drive sales.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales or retail environment, preferably in a leadership role.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent customer service skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Basic knowledge of inventory management and sales techniques.,Familiarity with retail software and systems.,Ability to lift and move heavy items as needed.
