📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily cashier operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Train and mentor junior cashiers to maintain high standards of service.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
  • Manage cash handling and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized cashier area.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide reports to management.
  • Ensure all transactions are processed accurately and securely.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in cashier or customer service roles.
  • Strong knowledge of cash handling procedures and financial regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using cash register systems and POS software.
  • Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role is a plus.
  • Familiarity with local laws and regulations related to financial transactions.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
