📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Ensure the safe operation of the vessel and compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Plan and execute voyages, including route planning, fuel management, and cargo operations.
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of the crew, including deck and engine departments.
  • Maintain and inspect all vessel equipment and systems to ensure they are in good working order.
  • Conduct regular safety drills and inspections to ensure the well-being of the crew.
  • Report any incidents or near-misses to the appropriate authorities and investigate their causes.
  • Keep accurate records of all vessel operations and maintenance activities.
  • Participate in regular briefings and meetings to discuss vessel operations and safety.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Captain or similar role in the maritime industry.
  • Valid Master Mariner's License (Unlimited or 100GT) and relevant certifications (e.g., STCW, ISM, ISPS).
  • Proven track record of safe and efficient vessel operations.
  • Excellent knowledge of maritime regulations, safety procedures, and best practices.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Ability to work overnight shifts and on-call duties.
  • Valid First Aid and Survival Craft and Rescue Boat (SRB) certifications.
