📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Create and maintain technical documentation for software products.
  • Collaborate with software developers to ensure technical accuracy.
  • Review and edit documentation for clarity, consistency, and correctness.
  • Develop and implement documentation standards and best practices.
  • Assist in the creation of user manuals, API documentation, and other technical guides.
  • Provide technical writing support for marketing and sales materials.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our documentation processes.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in technical writing or a related field.
  • Strong writing and editing skills in English.
  • Familiarity with software development processes and terminology.
  • Experience with documentation tools such as Markdown, Confluence, or similar.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
